How to place an order?
Korean skincare wholesaler in Europe – B2B Order
We’ve made ordering your favourite Korean skincare brands for your store easy – with a personal and flexible system that works across Europe.
How it works:
- Contact us – Send an email to sales@myskin.dk to get started.
- Get our product list – We’ll send you a Google Sheet with our current wholesale product selection and pricing.
- Fill in your order – Choose the products and quantities you’d like by filling out the sheet.
- We register your order – Once we receive your completed sheet, we’ll confirm availability, finalise your order, and send you an invoice.
What to expect from us - The Korean skincare wholesaler
Important to know:
Wholesale prices are only visible to B2B customers and are shared via the order sheet.
Brand availability depends on your location. Some products may not be available in all countries due to distribution restrictions.
There is no need to order directly on the website – all B2B orders are processed manually for better flexibility and support.

Minimum Order Amount (MOA) is €350 / £350.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 4 products or 10 sheet masks per reference.
Product Selling Price (RRP) should be the same or slightly higher than the Recommended Retail Price.

Prices are calculated with UPS Shipping and based on the total weight of your order.
*Please be aware that some of the prices might not be 100% accurate due to currency exchange rate changes or other factors. Prices may vary based on the postal code of the delivery address.
Order preparation time is 24-48 business hours.
Standard delivery time is 48-72 business hours. For large orders (10 boxes and more) the transit time may take up to 7 working days.
The shipping timing to the Canary Islands will depend on the day of the week that the order is placed. All orders to the Canary Islands registered before Tuesday have a shorter estimated shipping time (around 9 business days minimum) than the orders placed by the end of the week (up to 18 business days).
We accept an advance full payment by wire transfer.
After you contact us, we will send you the order sheet. When we receive it back, we will create your invoice. After transferring the payment, we will send your order ASAP.

As a Korean Skincare wholesaler in Europe, we are located in Copenhaged, Denmark but we ship to almost all European countries.
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Swedeen, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Brand availability varies per country as per distribution rights with the manufacturer. Register your wholesale account to access products, available in your specific country.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal returns are not permitted.
Product damage and inconsistencies
Should products be received in poor condition / damaged during transportation, the communication must be made to Miin Cosmetics within a maximum period of 5 days from the delivery date. Contact your dedicated account manager to discuss available options and resolve this matter.
Expiration date
The buyer is fully responsible for sales & marketing of goods to ensure and guarantee stock rotation. MS Korean Skincare wholesaler does not bear responsibility for unsold products, and does not accept returns of expired products.
