Minimum Order Amount (MOA) is €350 / £350.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 4 products or 10 sheet masks per reference.
Product Selling Price (RRP) should be the same or slightly higher than the Recommended Retail Price (RRP), indicated on www.miintrade.com.

Delivery time
Order preparation time is 24-48 business hours.
Standard delivery time is 48-72 business hours. For large orders (10 boxes and more) the transit time may take up to 7 working days.
The shipping timing to the Canary Islands will depend on the day of the week that the order is placed. All orders to the Canary Islands registered before Tuesday have a shorter estimated shipping time (around 9 business days minimum) than the orders placed by the end of the week (up to 18 business days).

We accept an advance full payment by wire transfer.

Returns
Withdrawal
Withdrawal returns are not permitted.
Product damage and inconsistencies
Should products be received in poor condition / damaged during transportation, the communication must be made to Miin Cosmetics within a maximum period of 5 days from the delivery date. Contact your dedicated account manager to discuss available options and resolve this matter.
Expiration date
The buyer is fully responsible for sales & marketing of goods to ensure and guarantee stock rotation. MiiN Cosmetics does not bear responsibility for unsold products, and does not accept returns of expired products.
